Returns & Exchanges
- Non-returnable Items: For safety and quality reasons, perishable food items (including cookies), gift cards, and products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kamiskukis@gmail.com. Send us a photo of the item and your order number, and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping
- Please note: Returns are not allowed for food items due to safety and health regulations.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once we have reviewed and approved your request.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment.
