Return Policy

The freshly baked items served at Kami's Kukis are of the finest quality, and we work hard to ensure that. We assure you that we will do everything in our power to ensure your perfect satisfaction with your purchase.

Get your money back

For qualifying items, our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, we cannot provide a refund or exchange after 30 days from the date of purchase.

You can only return an item if it is unopened and in the same condition as when you got it. Plus, the item needs to be in its original container.

In compliance with FDA laws, we regret that we cannot accept refunds on food products. For safety and health reasons, the FDA has issued a warning against returning baked goods or other foods bought online or from a bakery.

Refund Policies

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund once your return has been received and reviewed.

Your refund will be processed within a specific time frame after approval, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Products will only be replaced in the event of a defect or damage. Contact us if you'd like to swap it out for an identical item.
