Kami’s Kukis – Terms and Conditions (effective August 12, 2025)
Welcome to Kami’s Kukis! Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully
before placing an order. By purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you

1. Orders & Payment
- All Kami’s Kukis products are made to order. Orders must be placed through our
official website, social media channels, or by direct email.
- Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept [list accepted payment
methods, e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.].
- Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed and added to our baking
schedule.
2. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, we may have already begun preparing your order and cannot
guarantee changes or refunds.
- Custom orders (including personalized packaging or flavors) are non-refundable once
preparation has started.
3. Product Information & Allergens
- Kami’s Kukis are produced in a home kitchen that may process common allergens
such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.
- It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before
placing an order. We will do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee
allergen-free products.
4. Packaging & Storage
- All cookies are individually wrapped and labeled with our logo. Cakes and mini loaves
are packaged with care and storage instructions.
- Please follow storage instructions provided to ensure freshness and quality.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer local delivery and shipping options. Delivery times and fees will be
communicated at the time of order.
- Kami’s Kukis is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
(e.g., weather, postal service issues).
- Once products are delivered or shipped, Kami’s Kukis is not liable for damage or loss.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept
returns.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with
photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem,
which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, and branding associated with Kami’s Kukis are the property of
KSBEC, LLC, and may not be used without permission.
8. Privacy
- We respect your privacy. Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment,
communication, and business analytics. We do not sell or share your personal
information with third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
- Kami’s Kukis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be
posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes
acceptance of the new Terms.
